Woodgraining
Woodgraining is an artist's technique for painting doors to look like mahogany. After two coats of a base color, brush on a mixture of color tint with glazing liquid. Feather a darker glaze into the wet ground to simulate flame mahogany. After ten minutes, blend with a soft badger brush. Finish by rubbing in bowling alley wax with a fine steel brush.
